Certification (eco-labeling) of small-scale fisheries in developing countries

This is not yet a project but a component of the project Promotion of Responsible Fisheries. The main objective is to promote the certification of small-scale fisheries in developing countries considering economic, ecologic and social principles. The project intends to support together with other stakeholders ( WWF , MSC, etc.) and the private sector pilot initiatives in several countries in order to increase acceptability and feasibility of eco-labeling.
