Upgrading laboratories and services for packaging and labelling for export GAP analysis of packaging and labelling requirements and services; Up to two labs able to provide testing and certification for packaging; Up to 20 exporters assisted in implementing packaging and labelling requirements in export markets (pilot); Design and start up phase (pilot) of a service provider/technology centre on packaging and labelling for export. Technical support and information for market access and consumer protection GAP analysis of certification requirements and available certification and inspection services; Business Plan for national certification and quality seal; Mobile calibration and metrology lab for market surveillance. Upgrading the Lebanese Quality Chain for selected agro-based products Up to 20 exporters assisted to meet SPS /TBT market requirements; Awareness created (200 food producers, exporters and institutions) on traceability and other food export requirements for export; Implementation of food traceability system in 20 pilot food exporters; Baseline quality/safety sampling of selected products and testing.
