Improving the seafood value chain

The Sustainable Coastal Resource Development project has a component which finances a number of seafood handling operations, including processing and wholesale markets, to improve product quality and safety. Selected cold storage, packaging facilities, and wholesale markets will be expanded and improved, and processing facilities will be built and expanded. Training will occur in hazard analysis.
