Strengthening institutional capacity and agricultural services in Tunisia

The Agricultural Support Services Project aims to develop and improve the institutional capacity and quality of agricultural services delivered by public and private institutions and producer organizations; Component 1 will support capacity building for producers organizations (both local and national) and inter-professional organizations to improve market access, quality, and value added. Component 3 will support public, cooperative, and private services that deliver producer services to livestock producers, with particular focus on improving quality of services. Component 4 will aim at protecting Tunisian produce from plant diseases and predators, and at protecting consumers from pesticide residues.
