Harmonization of veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety standards and procedures, and differentiated agricultural production
The overall objective of the project is to facilitate trade between MERCOSUR member countries, as well as with the European Union, through the promotion of an equivalent harmonised food control system that removes sanitary and phytosanitary ( SPS ) barriers.
