  • World Cocoa Foundation - Foundation that supports cocoa farmers and their families worldwide. Programs raise farmer incomes, encourage responsible, sustainable cocoa farming and strengthen communities.  
  • Internatinoal Cocoa Organization (ICCO) - Global organization, composed of both cocoa producing and cocoa consuming countries with a mandate to establish a sustainable world cocoa economy.
  • International Cocoa Initiative - Created in 2002 under Swiss law in Geneva, ICI is a product of co-operation between the global chocolate industry, politicians, members of the labor movement and civil society actors engaged in the fight against child labor. ICI’s mission is: “to oversee and sustain efforts to eliminate the worst forms of child labor and forced labor in the growing and processing of cocoa beans and their derivative products” based in part on enforcement of International Labor Organization ( ILO ) Conventions 182 and 29.  
  • Mars Inc. Cocoa Sustainablity - A holistic, proactive set of activities designed to ensure future supplies of cocoa, and a responsible approach to its production, so that the community and environment in which it is produced can thrive.  Programs include education and training for farmers, development of pest/disease resistant cocoa crops, and other pioneer avenues for cocoa research.
  • UNCTAD Commodity Information on Cocoa - Clearinghouse of information cocoa prices, marketing chain, product characterisitics, and much more.
  • Bioversity International - Bioversity International is a global non-profit research organization and the operating name of the International Plant Genetic Resources Institute ( IPGRI ) and the International Network for Improvement of Banana and Plantain (INIBAP). Research focuses on the conservation and use of  plant and animal genetic diversity
  • Roundtable for a Sustainable Cocoa Economy (RSCE) - The RSCE is an initiative for dialogue and sustainability amongst all stakeholders in the cocoa economy. The RSCE website is a platform for the exchange of best known practices, discussion fora on cocoa topics ranging from crop pests, over value chain management to certification schemes.
  • TCC Cocoa Barometer - The Tropical Commidity Coalition (TCC) publishes this report with the recent developments in the cocoa sector and the role of grinders and chocolate manufacturers to make the cocoa chain more sustainable.
